Monthly Program: "Hog Island Audubon Camp: An Unforgettable Nature Experience"
Monday, October 17, 2022, 06:30pm - 08:00pm
Speakers: Carol Bailey-White, Duval Audubon Society president; Jessica Dyszel, Duval Audubon Society board member; and Jake Blalock, Duval Audubon Society member and Hog Island Audubon Camp scholarship recipient.

Audubon's Hog Island Camp in Bremen, Maine, has offered environmental education sessions for birding and nature enthusiasts since 1936. Conservation luminaries such as Roger Tory Peterson, Project Puffin's Stephen Kress, acclaimed author Scott Weidensaul, and many more have been instructors at the camp over the years. Hog Island instructors and staff are enthusiastic, caring experts who interpret the island’s diverse habitats for all levels of learners, including adults, teens, and families. They also offer special sessions for educators and conservation leaders.

The presenters have all recently attended Hog Island camp sessions and will share their experiences with this wonderful program.

This virtual program is free, but you must register to participate. We hope you will join us for this fun virtual presentation.
